It is a longère with visible stones. In front of the house, a place(square) in grave limestone, an electric gate(portal) (with 3 remote controls) looks onto a municipal road intended for both houses of the hamlet, which leads of a highly-rated, in the small road, little frequented and of the other one, in the village, by a dirt track.

The ground is 4000 m ², enclosed by high hedges(hurdles) and surrounded with fields. Many fruit trees: apple trees ( 4 sorts), hazel trees ( 3 sorts), plum trees ( 2 sorts), a pear tree, a magnificent quince tree which gives every year tens quinces of the size(cutting) of a melon, and two young climbing vineyards(vines). Also blackberries everything around the ground.
